PFC Corofil are delighted to announce that we have been acquired by The Diamorph Group, effective from close of business Tuesday 30th November 2021.
The Diamorph Group, which includes Manchester-based Tenmat, consists of brands that are well known for their material science innovation and proven performance in arduous real-life situations, as well as in-house manufacturing and R&D. Their reputation, technical expertise and quality of products will be a welcome addition to PFC Corofil.
Through this acquisition Diamorph are pleased to have also secured a supply agreement with Encon, a specialist distributor of building products, that will help to maintain PFC and Encon’s long standing and successful relationship.
